How do Grounded Glow mats work?

Our mats connect you to the Earth’s natural energy through the grounding port in your outlet and conductive silver fibres — helping restore balance, calm, and vitality to your body. You can learn more on this page.

How do I know if my mat is working?

You can test your outlet with a outlet tester or a multimeter. Once connected, many people notice subtle shifts — deeper sleep, calmer moods, reduced pain and a greater sense of general ease.

How long does it take to feel the effects?

Everyone’s different. Some feel a difference within days, others over a few weeks of consistent use. Think of it as a gentle, steady reset. This is why we suggest 120 days of consistent use. Grounding is not an immediate or overnight fix.

What should I feel when grounding with a mat?

You might feel a subtle warmth, tingling, or a wave of calm — or simply more settled over time. It’s subtle but powerful.

How long should I ground for?

As long as you like — even overnight. The longer you connect, the more your body benefits. We suggest starting with 15 mins a day.

Can I use a power board or extension cord?

Yes — as long as it’s grounded. You can check with your outlet tester to be sure.

Do I need to plug it straight into the wall?

You can, but any grounded outlet works. The key is that the ground pin connects directly to Earth.

Is it safe during storms?

Yes — our chords include built-in safety resistors to limit current. Grounding products don’t carry electrical current like live wires, so they’re safe even during storms. That said, if you're ever unsure, unplug during extreme weather for extra peace of mind.

Can pets use it?

Absolutely — animals naturally love grounding and are often naturally drawn to the mat. Just like humans, they can benefit from the calming and restorative effects of grounding.

How do I care for my mat?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth or mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh cleaners to protect the conductive surface.

We want you to love your Grounded Glow mat and feel confident giving grounding a real try. That’s why we offer a 120-day risk-free trial.

Because grounding works gently over time, we recommend using your mat consistently for at least 90 days before deciding — this allows your body to fully adjust and notice the benefits like deeper sleep, steadier energy, and a calmer mind.

If after 90 days you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your mat within 120 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping).

How to return:

1. Email us at info@groundedglow.com.au to start your return.

2. Repack your mat in its original packaging.

3. Ship it back to our Sydney HQ (return shipping at your cost).

4. Once received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
