How long does it take to feel the effects of grounding? 

This is different for everyone, some can feel it immediately whereas others it can take time. This is why we suggest trialling for a 120 day period. For some people the effects are immediate whilst for others its more subtle.

What should I feel when I am grounding?

This is very dependant on the individual. A lot of people report a subtle feeling when they start using their grounding mat. Tingling and warmth are a sign that your circulation is improving.

How long can I ground for?

There isn't really a limit to how long you can earth for - embrace the power of the earth for as long and as often as you want.  We suggest starting for 15 mins per day.
